This project will advance  will advance two of the priority steps outlined in the Age-Friendly Planning Guide:  Developing a detailed and prioritized action plan to ensure that all recommendations within the City of Guelph Community Older adult strategy are realized over the 10 year strategy, and, implementing and evaluating the action plan results.  In addition, this project includes the deliberate and planned involvement of seniors and organizations that represent seniors.
