Baycrest, in partnership with North East Specialized Geriatric Centre, is recruiting for the Fall 2019 program of "Project ECHO Care of the Elderly Long-Term Care (ECHO COE LTC), a telehealth education program that aims to help primary care providers build capacity in the care of older adults through weekly 60-minute videoconference sessions. The sessions will run weekly from September 10 - December 3, 2019 on Tuesdays from 11am -12pm with the exception of October 1st, 2019. See the pdf flyers for more information.
