People, Family & Caregiver Resources

Our goal is to provide individuals with care needs, caregivers (family members or close friends), and volunteers with information and resources about common issues related to aging. By maintaining the health and quality of life of both caregivers and care recipients, older adults with care needs can hopefully safely remain in their own homes for longer periods of time.

To access local health care services, support groups and agencies please visit the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) in your region.
