Training on Nutrition in Disguise
Thursday, September 10, 2020, 12 - 3 p.m. Eastern - This webinar will benefit those working with food and nutrition in long-term care (LTC): menu planners, cooks, dietitians. It will be presented by Heather Keller, Schlegel Research Chair in Nutrition & Aging at the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging. Her acute care program of research is focused on improving food quality and nutrition care processes to prevent, detect and treat malnutrition. Participants will learn how to not only create healthy meals, but healthy meals that older adults will enjoy! Registration opens in August.
